Falling for Autumn: A Season of Fun at Whitehough!

This year’s Awesome Autumn and Spooky Archery events were a brilliant celebration of one of our favourite seasons at the facility – selling out faster than ever and bringing families and friends together for unforgettable outdoor fun. Now in their fourth year, these sessions returned bigger, better, and brimming with autumnal magic!

Guests embraced the changing season with a packed programme of activities, including autumn-themed crafting and activities, where adventurers learned woodland skills and connected with nature through hands-on experiences. From crafting pumpkin masterpieces and seasonal arts and crafts, to roasting marshmallows and sipping hot chocolate around the fire, every moment was filled with cosy joy.

Our low ropes course added a dash of adventure to the crisp autumn air, while Spooky Archery brought Halloween cheer with ghostly targets against a spooky backdrop, with plenty of laughter and fun in the Pendle Hills!

The response was incredible – both events sold out quickly, prompting us to add extra sessions to meet the overwhelming demand. We’ve been thrilled by the glowing feedback and are so grateful to everyone who joined us and made this season our most successful yet!

After a spectacular autumn season, the festive fun continues – and grownu-ups and children are welcome to get creative! Our Christmas Wreathmaking Workshops offer a cosy, hands-on experience where you’ll craft your own beautiful wreath, all while enjoying seasonal snacks and drinks in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
