Whitehough is one of my favourite places to go. It’s peaceful, and I feel calm when I’m here. I really like the Leap of Faith – it’s a bit scary, but I feel proud when I do it. Being outside just helps me think clearer and feel better.

What an incredible place, it’s hard to believe I’d never been before. Many of us, myself included, were pushed well outside our comfort zones, and that made the day even more rewarding.
